Easter

Easter was so early this year that it seemed everything was jam packed into a quick weekend.  We still got to participate in our regular traditions and had a great time celebrating together.

We had fun dying Easter eggs with Grandma and Grandpa Decker.

Had a wonderful and meaningful Good Friday celebration before we went to service at church.

The night before Easter we of course left some carrots and dyed eggs for the Easter bunny.

Of course, the Easter Bunny left some fun surprises and an egg hunt in exchange for his goodies.  All their eggs were filled with letters that spelled out a special toy for them to share...walkie talkies!

We got dressed in our Easter best and went to church.  Sawyer obviously threw a fit on the way out the door of course because he wanted to take his basket to church.  At least the view that morning was beautiful.

After church, we went to grandma and grandpa Deckers and waited for everyone to arrive for Easter dinner.  It was fun to celebrate with family and we all went home exhausted.  It was an amazing and busy filled day Easter and we loved every minute.
