Our 4th of July weekend didn't start off with a bang it started off with a BABY! Jason and Stacey welcomed baby Henry into the world late on July 3rd so we headed off to the hospital on Friday morning to meet the new little guy.
He is adorable and I am completely in love. I can't wait to watch him grow.
Later in the day we had some family and friends over. We planned on letting the kids swim and play on the water slide but it ended up being stormy and a little chilly in the afternoon. But, they still got to enjoy sparklers and dessert so they were happy.
On Saturday, we had dinner with some friends we hadn't seen in awhile and then Sunday was a recovery day that ended in popsicles. Over all, a GREAT weekend. And lucky for us, Tyler got Monday off too so we have one more day to enjoy!
